Project Coordinator (Welcome Fresh Graduates!)

 

Job Highlights

  • Fresh Graduates in Civil Engineering and E&M Industrial is preference

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for co-ordination site works and managing drawings, materials, method statement submission processing in sauna and steam room, jacuzzi projects for tender projects

  • Monitor the site operation, quality of work progress and workmanship on site.

  • Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers for timely completion of the project.

  • Co-ordinate and communicate with client, consultants and sub-contractors on site

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies or Project Management with 3 years relevant experience;1-2 years of clerical working experience, preferably in construction or fitting-out project administration. Fresh graduates will also be considered

  • Well-organized and self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skill

  • Good command of written and spoken in Chinese and English

  • Able to work under pressure with proactive attitude

  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Project Coordinator

  • Interesting in sales in spa and wellness, furniture and watersystem equipment is preferred

Start Date of work : After CNY of 2022
